Dr. Ray Joslyn
Ray received his Ph.D. from the University of Florida and held tenure-track faculty positions at Berry College and Utah State University before arriving at WVY in 2023. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychology at WVU in the Behavior Analysis program area.

Amina Boukhris
Amina received both her BS in Psychology and BS in Biology from West Virginia University in 2023. Her research interests include rapport building, contingency management in classrooms, and teacher training. Amina is a second-year student in the Joslyn Lab.

Ciara Rodriguez
Ciara received her BA in psychology from Centenary University in 2024. Her research interests include preventing the school to prison pipeline, juvenile delinquency, and group contingencies in educational settings. Ciara is a first-year student in the Joslyn Lab.

Marisela Aguilar
Marisela received both a BS in Psychology and a BA in Sociology from Drake University in 2021. Her research interests include procedural fidelity, data collection, behavioral interventions in school contexts, and cultural adaptations to behavioral intervention. Marisela’s primary position is in Dr. St. Peter’s lab, but she has taken on an additional research position in the Joslyn Lab.
Graduate Research Assistant
Hope is an senior undergraduate majoring in psychology with a minor in criminology. She currently works in direct care with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and interns for the Monongalia County Victim's Assistance Program. Hope plans to attend graduate school for clinical psychology and is interested in working in both clinical and forensic settings.

Leah Oney
Leah is a junior undergraduate majoring in psychology and pursuing her certificate in behavior analysis. She is currently a private caregiver for youth with ASD. Leah is planning to attend graduate school for either counseling or behavior analysis and takes interest in behavioral therapy and clinical work.
Taylor Kolb
Taylor is a senior majoring in psychology and criminology. She is pursing her certificate in behavior analysis. Taylor is planning to attend graduate school for either forensic psychology or clinical psychology and is interested in working with individuals involved in the justice system.
